The hot-rolled coil is made of continuous casting slab or blooming slab as raw material, heated by a walking furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enters the rough rolling mill. Controlled rolling, after the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer controlled cooling rate) and coiler coils to become a straight hair coil.

Application

Hot-rolled products have excellent properties such as high strength, good toughness, easy processing and good weldability, so they are widely used in manufacturing industries such as machinery, construction, machinery, boilers, and pressure vessels.

Applications:

(1) After annealing, it is processed into ordinary cold rolling;

(2) The galvanizing unit with pre-annealing treatment device processes galvanizing;

(3) Panels that basically do not require processing.

Classification

Common carbon plate, excellent carbon plate, low alloy plate, ship plate, bridge plate, boiler plate, container plate, etc. Hard-rolled coils: Continuous rolling of hot-rolled pickled coils at room temperature.

Hot rolled steel plate products include steel strip (coil) and steel plate cut from it. The steel strip (roll) can be divided into straight roll and finishing roll (sub-roll, flat roll and slitting roll).
